No idea what the last transaction was done at, but theoretically the Registered Pledge with Uniper was effectively collateral to the value of USD 5M.
The collateral put up was 20% of both of the subsidiaries of BMB that hold the remaining projects, i.e. Global Mineral Prospects (Sawin) and Coal Holding (Nowa Ruda).
So if 20% of the company is valued at USD 5M, then 100% of the Company must be valued at USD 25M.
The last Full Year Financial Report stated that there were 709,782,922 shares on issue as of June 30th 2017.
In my opinion, this then gives a theoretical share price of USD 0.035 per share (or AUD 0.046)
