Lib Dem leader???) admitted (or even boasted) in the interview that he set up the seismic regulation traffic light level at 0.5M to make UK shale fracking unworkable because he couldn't careless about shale gas and he should be credited as the one person that stops UK shale gas fracking and its industry in its track. And then the subsequent Tory Ministers were more than willing and fully obliged and complied with the Lib Dem anti fracking regulation by maintain unreasonable seismic limits and refused to recognise or consider changes to the limits. It was all set up by the Government to make UK fracking unworkable despite giving shale licences to suck in £250m of investment to demonstrate geology and resources of Bowland shale.
