guyane - 618 618
I have a feeling that things will happen in Guyane sooner rather than later, and that Hardman will get a farmin from one of the big U.S. players.
Exxon is under the pump as their reserves are dropping and they have promised that they will increase reserves over the next few years rather than just buying back stock. Guyane is ideal for them, low sovereign risk due to it being French administered, and relatively close to the Gulf of Mexico refineries without necessarily being exposed to the same hurricane risk.
To me this looks like a no brainer for them, and I would be surprised if they or Chevron were not looking at it seriously. If Exxon or Chevron did farm in, the analysts would gain a lot of confidence and the share price would make some serious gains - if they then struck oil we could be looking at $4 plus in no time.
