A very interesting monthly chart, almost a perfect decade long triangle. I'm confident that the mine extension & expansion will get through, the QLD govt seems to be quite pro business, pro jobs and the state is struggling a little and needs all the help it can get.
The sector seems to have it bottom, and i’m investing here, because the assets are cheap and the price of thermal coal seems to be heading up after a long winter. I'm assuming the New Acland mine will get the necessary approvals to continue operating, so taking a bit of a risk there.
