I agree with what you are saying. There is a lack of transparency and integrity. However I maintain we are in a bit of a panic and the sp has freefalled beyond logic. There are truths, the company is low debt and it wont be very hard for it to turn things around if it wanted to as the issue is really management. First step taken is good with getting rid of the MD. I maintain a price target sp of $1.5. Annual results have come out late, not a surprise. An upward production target is not new either...they never seem to be accurate. Words only till proven otherwise. I will make an exit at $1.5 - 1.6 if things do not improve and there is a dead cat bounce yet again due to pog or otherwise.
