Results out tomorrow so I'm going to stick my neck out and guess they will be better than the market is expecting.
Tourism stats yr on yr are up 10%, daily room rates are up and I know from living in Sydney it has been very hard even finding a hotel room.
Sydney had several one off events this year such as the huge Chinese/American health company jolly which meant that Sydney was 100% full several times.
I have loaded up today as I think its worth the gamble........
