    Just been absorbing the Acquisition announcement and running the ruler, Im very happy.....better margins than BSA currently, as Mamos mentioned purchase was made at a P/E a fraction over 6 very cheap, diversification is beneficial.....in a great area of demand.
    This shines a very positive light on BSA for its shareholders!

    Earnings going forward should be strong, a P/E of over 30 is very likely in times to come imo

    Yep I agree... Its going to be a market darling...
