There is this sense of snobbish from them. The don't seem to be pro-active with shareholders or letting the market know what's going on. There are some companies out there that have a press release when the CEO changes ties but, there was 3 months with-out any real news from the company.
Releasing earnings report every 6 months isn't going to cut it.
This is a small cap, not a mirco cap. With 3 divisions in interesting areas there must be more you can tell the market. By not announcing news and the volume dries up. Their 3 month volume average used it be over 180k now it's almost down to 100k. When there's no volume, a small amount of buying and selling can move the stock. When the company doesn't say anything for 3 months and there's a big new product released people will think the worse.
The stock is in a area I believe largely due to low volume. There were many days the stock was down on less than 30k. The market is always right but, being more open and share price friendly would be more appreciated.
I'd also like to see more insider buying. The executive team is well paid courtesy of shareholders. I don't think them speading 5-10% of their salary on buying stock is a big ask. I don't mind giving stock options but, the idea of money going from the the execs bank account into shares tells me he believe in the company future.
Overall, thought they aren't doing to bad and seem to be trying there best. I just want more company news.
