I had to laugh...they think one of the reason for the bad decline yesterday was the 2 "experienced" directors retired.
I've never thought much of any directors impact on a company. In this case, seeing them go after 10 years might be a good thing...as they didn't seem to help the stock price or profits the past 11 years. I'm pretty sure they were paid well though.
