Could it be that licensing the technology is something they might consider down the track but right now (and rightly so in my opinion) it's too risky whilst the technology is still gaining credibility within the market place. Maybe say 3-5 years down the track when NEPSYS has established itself as a very worthy alternative in the eyes of the E&C world that they can consider this option. Maybe then, in the off chance something did go wrong, it wouldn't be as damaging given the technology under the control of Neptune would have established its credibility base already.

Just a though re this whole licensing debate....
