I think it's pretty simple really
1. clear up this 22 mill legal issue
2. get all their approvals in order if not already
3. put a mill out there
4. Start printing money from THE SURFACE.
These new guys will do it too. They've done it before on much haarder deposits. The price hasn't moved yet probably because of point 1 above. When things start to come to gether - look out above imho !
