Here is the reply specifically asked about update and offtake agreements for diesel.

Thank you for your email enquiry.



We will be lodging our June quarterly report by July 31st 2009 in
accordance with ASX listing rules. This will contain a progress update
for the Clinton Project.



Indeed the Company has been in negotiation with a number of parties
regarding a diesel offtake over 40% of expected production. There is
widespread interest in diesel going forward. In a number of instances,
current global financial crisis has been cited as impacting current
timeframes for decision making. We continue to pursue discussion with a
number of parties and expect in time to deliver the offtake agreement.



Our work on by-products (granular slag & power) agreements are going
well in parallel.



We look forward in continuous updates to the
market/shareholders/stakeholders on our progress.
