You are right the management team of both companies are the same, in fact they occupy the same address in Perth. I think Greenday has been around a lot longer. Both have experience in acquisitions, and back door listing. Greenday's two principals, Evan Cross and Vlado Bosanac ('a self-styled venture capitalist') are also Directors of various companies that they have invested in.
