Currently the listed market cap for ESI is 75.93M based on the number of shares issued. Knowing that the options are ITM and will be exercised, the number of shares on issue will grow to 4.8b (last time I looked at these, likely higher following todays announcement). With this in mind, is the market really putting a 135M price tag on ESI right now or if all options were exercised would SP nearly half? I think SP would dip due to massive supply of sellers, but I think ESI market cap is already over 100M just isn't technically displayed as such.
