"Can anyone tell me the fully diluted market cap of this puppy after the rights issue and taking into account all the options?"

If I recall correctly, there were 257M shares at the time the rights issue was announced.

If the rights issue is fully subscribed there will be:
257M x2 = 514M shares,
+ 257M/2 new options = 128.5M Options (CTPOB).

I don't remember how many other options are around. CTPOA is the only other publicly traded options, but there were a number of others that had been released.

You should be able to find this detail in Annual Reports.
