Excellent news, even though we won't know the details until the due diligence is completed. May is not too long to wait. Looks like we won't need a cap raising now.
Peak must have been on the radar of the REE investment sector after all. It was always too good to ignore, and is probably even more relatively attractive due to the slump in REE prices.
