It's short. It's sharp. And it's entirely believable.
For what it's worth though, my own view is that this is definitely not a merger but a takeover of RED by SLR. When they slim back the Board to a more sensible number, it'll be interesting to see what percentage of the current RED Directors are still sitting at the table in 12 months time. THAT'LL tell you if it was a "merger of equals".
