I also concur. This is straight up a bad deal for SLR S/H when executed and has been deteriorating with the POG ascendency. I will be annoyed if major shareholders vote this through. I will be voting NO. I THINK all SLR shareholders to do likewise. Don't believe in the nonsense that this is a take over. It says merger and REPRESENTS BAD VALUE TO ALL SLR S/H we have bullion in circa of 811mil+ WITH POG
