fully underwritten canadian capital raising

This may give faith to a lot of the longtermers in BMN. As I said before I believe she is a screaming buy at current levels and once the money is in the bank we can get on with things. Investors will be able to stop with their speculations that the placement wont go ahead.

This was my email to Clive.

"Hi Clive,

Many investors are throwing doubts around that the Canadian underwriters may pull out of the agreement placed earlier this month. I thought the message was plain clear and simple. Is this correct? To me fully underwritten means fully underwritten and the money is safe in the bank?

The issue is fully underwritten. Whilst there are always clauses in these agreements for exceptional circumstances, the underwriters are fully on track and are not concerned with recent share fluctuations. Our advisors have Never heard of an underwritten raising like this ever being pulled in Canada.
