(a) Skye Equity Pty Ltd, to underwrite up to a maximum of $500,000 (125,000,000
Shortfall Shares);
(b) Seaspin Pty Ltd (Seaspin), a company 100% controlled by the Company?s Chairman,
Mr Charles Morgan, to underwrite up to a maximum of $573,204 (143,301,000
Shortfall Shares);
(c) Pethol (Vic) Pty Ltd, to underwrite up to a maximum of $200,000 (50,000,000 Shortfall
Shares);
(d) Mr David Massey, to underwrite up to a maximum of $200,000 (50,000,000 Shortfall
Shares);
(e) Mr Ian Parker, to underwrite up to a maximum of $250,000 (62,500,000 Shortfall
Shares);
(f) Stephen Keenihan, a director, to underwrite up to a maximum of $50,000 (12,500,000
