MJP81: "...is this the smart money or the last of the speculative money?".
In my view - correctly or wrongly - this is STILL SPECULATIVE BUYING.
I managed to "scratch" a bit more money together last week and got some more NEN at that time at 32.5c - which is looking very good now.
Like everybody else, I do hope for some good/great news within the next two weeks. A bit more patience needed.
