In my view, CR is positive at any point.
If before commerciality adjudicated OK.
If after commerciality is declared, good at a higher pricing. Both scenarios have prudent viewpoints.
Another point of view expressed the status of a billion cap with zero cash. -very limiting on the market Cap.
I made my interest known to pick up more script with BP, -deserving as a long-term supporter.
