Initial flow test results will be know to some, might be a factor. If a speeding ticket shows up they may have to release some info or go into a trading halt untill they have finished & crunched the numbers.

If they suspect some one is trading on knowledge not known to the market in general they may go into a trading halt anyway just to be on the safe side.

What ever it is great to see this rush up & hopefully it is just a small taste of what is to come.
