Hi stonemasonn - I have previously emailed the patent office and the 3 month time period is in which for fees to be paid
If the fees are paid immediately the waiting time could be much quicker depending on backlog of patents etc
Contracts could easily be prepared during this period subject to granting and on completion of their Freedom to Operate analysis.
Not long to wait now I feel :)
Think about this - If our next signing is only small and worth 1-5 mill - To me this would be great as it is further confirmation for all testing.
The next signing is very important as it would set the benchmark for the value of mixngo for all contracts that follow - For example if we signed a contract for 4m instead of 5m we have just devalued our tech by 20%
Through all my research I have been met with a strong confidence of what mixngo is worth for the longterm and not just a company wanting to be a 1 minute wonder.
Next signing will see ADO trade on potential value of future contracts not on the value alone of the next signing.
As an example we know we are working with 60+ companies - Lets say our next deal is worth 5m - You would have to start pricing at least another 10 out of the 60 odd as a chance to sign.
ADO will have a 100 - 200 mill MCAP before you know it
The above would all be blown out the window if a major IVD company signs as I would then consider value of the company more like 400 - 500m MCAP
