I had SAME issue with trying to subdivide a corner block. TOOK forever, while within 500 meters around the house, 8 other corner blocks were subdivded.
When we presetned the pics to the council meeting, they say well it cant look like this..nor that nor that one nor that.
I go thats odd, then why did they all get approved.
He said what do u mean?
I said the ones u said it cant not look like, all were built within the last 8 months!
