This assumes literally everything switches to using graphene for indoor air quality and PPE. As a guy who uses gloves and now masks every day, the cost to performance ratio is extremely important. As we have seen from the electricity industry, despite being "greener" over 30 years, solar panels did not become truly popular until it became cheaper than natural gas.If a mask is roughly 60c to make, even a 10c increase in manufacturing cost alone (from say, producing in canada rather than china) would render a company utterly uncompetitive. Gloves are even worse, where people buy 10,000 gloves at a time for 600 dollars or so ($0.06 USD per glove). Any cost increase will be uncompetitive unless there is a very real, measurable benefit of the product. Maybe the air filters would work better, but again we already have air filters. Their projections are for if the entire freaking market switched to their more expensive product, a ludicrous assumption.

Talga actually has a better product than china that is cheaper. If the market goes as predicted, there will be a supply deficit rather than serious supply competition. Talga has two problems, and both of them are known here (permits and being 4 years out from making bank). Zenyf is happening sooner and has pandemic hype... but its market isnt nearly as good, unless for example airports were required by federal agencies to install graphene air filters.
