Yep. I know... US asset value probably overstated as well.
Not too concerned yet though. At the end of the day it breaks down to what someone will pay for the business (all of CNP). I think we all know it is worth something.
My guess... $370k Net Income for the year. A 'normal' business buyer would be looking for say 25% ROI. Therefore would pay around $1.5B, 845m shares brings is to $1.75.
Naturally they would want to have a pretty good balance sheet to initiate re-finance. Would probably get it at discount to this. $1-$1.50. Could also better ROI by re-financing at lower US rates.
I know ive been alot more bulish than that in the past, just being hopefull.
