not really worth their pay so I guess if they cant handle a simple matter such as speeding tickets one shouldnt expect them to handle market manipulation through consistent false bidding still it is possible that there wasnt a lot of problems in that area and its also possible that Osama Ben Laden is alive and is planning to run for the white house on the Republican ticket. Every time I wonder if my policy of not borrowing should be broken something like this occurs in my portfolio it almost boring the repeativity of it I remain totally convinced that fundamentals win out in the end but as to time frames who knows
