Thanks for this deep explanation of PAC business out of GQG.
This is getting even more interesting now that GQG is entering the battle.
Not sure that Regal is ready to give up another battle, while they have apparently already done 2 other offers for PAC.

And I thought that PAC was too complicated to get a bid...
