Hi,
Regarding Findi, do you understand why Piramal invested via TSI India, rather than investing directly into Findi (both companies seem very similar at this stage) ?
As I commented above, I fear that it is going to create a discount for Findi (vs its sum of the parts) as there will be 2 listed companies.
