I hope you're right about the price target, as I am also a shareholder. We have also to keep in mind that the stock is not very liquid. As we saw it recently, it can go fast from 11 c to less than 8 c. One reason also why I'm cautious : I don't expect them to be particularly bullish in their next press release, as they tend to be quite conservative.
On another topic, if you're looking for new stocks to study, I find that one company is quite worth looking into details : Tuas (telecom in Singapore and probably in other Asian countries in the future).
