I am now looking at what could be the next sector to play in such a changing market.
One sector I find interesting in Australia is housing.
For 2 main reasons :
- very defensive as cash flows are expected to remain steady (still low vacancy rate),
- expecting also lower long term interest rates, due to the deterioration of the economic situation.
