@Joannie Hi Joannie, I was thinking that you may be interested to have a look at Aspen, for 2 reasons (housing and large exposure to WA). Spent some time looking at them and their listed peers (Ingenia, Lifestyle Communities and Eureka) and it seems that Aspen is doing much better than their peers, while the stock does not look that expensive. Other interesting element : a lot of earning guidance upgrade in this sector, which is quite rare now.
