Hello @Joannie, Really interesting by your feedback if you had a look at Aspen. They continue to increase their exposure to WA, opening more land lease communities around Perth. Quite impressed by this company : they often buy distressed assets and have also a better control on costs than their peers.
The other one you can look, in a similar sector, Fleetwood (FWD), also large exposure to housing in WA. Interesting, but much more cyclical than Aspen.
