Regarding Asia, it is a bit more complicated than what I indicated earlier. They benefited from a much better market for Asia ex Japan, which performance was + 0.5 % in June (based on VAE, Vanguard ETF). Platinum International Fund has a net exposure of 12.8 % to Asia ex Japan. Unfortunately, this was partly offset by their exposure to Japan (net exposure of 8.3 % at the end of May). Nikkei 225 decreased by 3.2 % in June and by an estimated 5.4 % in AUD.
