Hi @saintex, I'm a debt investor with centuria through their listed bond C2FHA 4.25% + 3M-BBSW, I don't have any equity in the company. I've been invested in growth point before GOZ.ASX which provided good returns but I sold just before covid really took off as their have higher office exposure but blue chip tenents. I've been told that Goodman group and charter hall (which is a property fund manager plus owns a significant stake in paradice equities which is a popular boutique FM not sure if it's 100% from memory) are pretty well managed. PAC have property exposure especially now with banner oak investment.
