USD is very strong, gold getting hit today. Brought into Google last night, been watching it for months, might go lower in the short term but I can't see Google being under $100 a share in say 3 - 5 years time.
Yes housing market is definitely not what it was 12 months ago, very quite I have a friend trying to sell at the moment and he's getting a couple of offers but 15-20% below mid point of listed price range. Another 25bps yesterday, I think RBA cash rate will peak around 4.10%, I see household budgets are going to get tight, my local woolies is quieter, ALDI probably doing well.
