Is the main shareholder a founder? Is CF free after accounting for all operating leases as well as capex? What is the business doing with its surplus CF? Is working capital steady relative to revenues? How long a track record does the business have? Is equity based compensation significant relative to operating cashflows? Does the business lease warehousing? Are its products current/latest designs?
