    As I am quite bullish on IRI, I feel that it is always useful to have the opposite side of the story.
    Here is a comment from an ex employee (who left early 2020), that was posted a couple of days ago on another platform :
    " the company was relying on extremely old product that is still making money thanks to their enterprise customers.
    However their cloud products fail miserably".
    He also indicates that a lot of people were either fired or left.

    Interesting comment which is probably related to Collaborate (the ex employee was a product manager).
    It is true that their customers are mainly large enterprises which are probably quite slow to move. So one risk is that the decline of Collaborate may be slow because of this.

    The other interesting element about Collaborate : so far, their main problem was that they were losing customers in Americas because their clients were moving away from on premise products. But now, most of their new business comes from Collaborate and Americas.
    So they must have done something differently. Given their comments, it is not about the product, but about the change of commission plans for their sales people : stronger new business pipeline which is turned into higher level of new business.
