Keep in mind that fund managers often cant buy stocks with a market cap below $50M. It wont be until the shareholder meeting and resolutions are passed that the deal to acquire the Toli Toli project gets bedded down formally. The stock that gets issued will take the market cap past $50M and then open it up for further resource fund buying. The recent UK fund coming on borad prior to the shareholder meeting and with a market cap under $50M would be a rarity I would think.
