Certainly the sizable vote against one of the new appointments suggests this journeyman comes with a little too much baggage. He's been thrown a lifeline which I hope doesn't disappoint.
As this fund raising is working capital, I gather no part will be allocated to lift capacity to 3000+ units/annum . As it stands, the current maximum production can never be profitable. So there will be a need for even more funds. And some share consolidation too I imagine, which should effectively wipe out most small holdings!
