Unless they find this mystery JV partner, they have no choice to raise. They may announce both together if a deal is on the cards. Other than zav's ramblings, they have given no indication that a deal is imminent or that they are taking to farminees / investors. The additional drilling was great to get us around the 120MT mark, but market malaise and IO juniors / specs at the minute are finding it hard to support their sp.

News expected within weeks I would think... A CR would have to come with a fairly clear use of proceeds given that the dilution may be severe and they need to start looking at a BFS and locking in debt funding.
