Ceramic Fuel Cells (ASX: CFU) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details on fund raising initiatives.
CFU's shares are now in pre-open.
The company is developing fuel cell technology to generate efficient and low-emission electricity from widely available natural gas.
CFU has sold its BlueGEN gas-to-electricity generator to major utilities and other foundation customers in Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Italy, Japan, Australia, and the U.S.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 4th March 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
