read Bob Kennett's comment at the end of this announcement:
"Having proved the commercialisation of our technology, we are now rapidly moving towards a major increase in the volumes sold by the Company."
I think we should give The Board the benefit of the doubt. The North Rhine-Westfalia subsidy is now "Live" and I'm expecting volumes to increase significantly over the next 6 months and beyond.
