I suppose we have no choice now but to give the Board the benefit of the doubt.

I think the main worry for most holders is the small amount of money raised for the huge amount of risk being taken by putting up the Company's IP, in other words the Company's very existence.

On the plus side this maybe because the Board know that things are about to improve markedly and we will not need much money to see us through until then. Lets hope they have not miscalculated this time required.

The Company has certainly needed a knight to ride up and take it by the scruff of the neck and shake it, the only question is, is this knight a white knight or a black knight?

I would like to state also that I feel that Brendan Dow did all he could under the depressed conditions of the GFC and I was saddened by his going.
