Sorry to reply to my own post however, I meant to also say that I feel that the main reason for the Company not making the same offer to ordinary shareholders was probably that it costs a hell of a lot of money to hold an SPP with all the prospectus requirements and paraphernalia that is required under the rules.

Considering the results of the last couple of efforts to raise money from shareholders then it was probably a smart move.
