Just got info that ex AMC's Indonesian employees have threaten to report GMC as one of AMC's major shareholder to local authorities .. they would ask the authorities to reject Gulf's request for permit application if AMC do not pay the outstanding employees salary .. currently, the case is on trial at the industrial relation court and near to conclusion
So it seems, if AMC does not clean up it's mess, GMC will not be doing any business in Indo ... that's the risk of an equity swap
