while 'the company' has had nothing to announce,We do not know who has been handling their applications in terms of funding (this is and will be a loan) and MUIOF Esperance Port.
While the company may be completely unaware of rumblings in the background, I am not entirely that all the recent buying was purely 'speculative'.
I think everything FAS is doing is above board.
