    This should be a lesson to all that analysis of past information is fundamentally flawed.

    Any model of a firms value must be capable of replicating the effects of any future external forces that may affect cashflows . Firms do not exist in a vacuum.

    ASIC/Accounting issues aside no one saw this coming.
