Forget the shorters report I reckon, At 1040 the equity investors were paying a 468 percent premium over asset value (1040was 5.68 times asset per share)

Still Prices being paid today still represent approximately 3 times the value of the assets per share last reported by the company, 200 percent premium over assets values )

This premium will fall back , especially since company says it’s impossible to get info from public documents- that it won’t share/ secret and press which are exposing things like wild bread, small
Cafes in bondi etc

Still has much further to fall imo
